April 29, 2012. Berowra Waters Inn located on the banks of the Hawkesbury River was a picturesque location for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs nine course dégustation luncheon. Many of the ingredients were organic and bio-dynamic, maintaining the ‘green' ethos designed by Chef Dietmar Sawyere.

On Monday 5th March 2012, the members of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and their guests gathered at The Observatory Hotel, at 'The Rocks' in Sydney, in the elegant Galileo Restaurant for an excellent dinner thoughtfully prepared by Chef Jonathan Bruell and his competent team. The wine list chosen by the knowledgeable David Reberger matched the menu perfectly. Decorated in Fortuny style {which reminds me of William Morris designs}, and with walls covered with Peter Arno’s artwork, Galileo Restaurant was the perfect place and ambience for a visual and gustative pleasure

The Christmas Dinner 2011 of "La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs" was held at the beautiful "Sheraton on The Park", located next to Hyde Park in Sydney.
