Results of Competition held in Helsinki, Finland on 19th September.

The National finals of the Jeune Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition were held at the HTA in Brisbane on Saturday 3^rd July 2010.

Lochlan Colwill from South Australia, our 2009 Jeunes Commis Rôtisseurs competition  National Winner, has won the Bronze medal at the International Finals  which took place on October 2nd at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde ParK, New York.

The Gold medal Gold went to Finland's Lasse Koistinen and Siliver to Ana Maria Gonzales of Colombia.

Lachlan's result is all the more impressive as he was still recovering from a hand injury that had disrupted his pre-competition training schedule.

The 2009 National final of the Jeunes Commis Rôtisseurs Competition was held at Challenger TAFE in Perth, Wastern Australia on Saturday 18th July.
 

In a very tightly contested final by all 5 competitors, Lachlan Colwill from South Australia won the Gold medal  and will represent Australia at the Internation Finals being held at the Culinary Institute of America in October this year.

The runner up and Silver medal recipient was Robert Withnall from Western Australia.
